“Wikang Filipino: Ugat ng Pambansang Pagkakaisa.”
Absences, tardiness and undertime count approved requests and records. Lesson plan is the latest week of the teacher's department; LAC is the sessions they signed this month.
How many days each teacher has left. Tap a teacher to see when they used them, or to add days. An approved request marked "Charge to: Wellness leave" or "GAD service credit" is counted here by itself.
12 months from the month you pick. A school year starts in June.
On a phone, swipe the report sideways to see all of it. For printing, use a computer.
Tap a cell in the Conforme column to write a remark (e.g. "Detailed"). Approved reasons are shown there until you do.
Tick the days each teacher's DLP was checked and mark the remarks. Changes save by themselves. Each teacher then signs their own row from their phone. If you change a row after it was signed, the teacher is asked to sign again.
Upload your DLP for each week (PDF, Word or a photo, up to 10 MB). After the head teacher checks it, look over your row and sign it.
No LAC session on this date.
The sheet lists the people who signed, numbered in the order they signed, like the paper sheet.
During a Learning Action Cell session, the head teacher opens signing. If you attended, tap Sign attendance here and your name is added to the list.
The email is what the teacher logs in with. Untick "Active" for someone who has left — they disappear from new reports but their history stays.
Upload the clear logo files from the school's letterhead (PNG or JPG). Until you upload a footer banner, the report uses a copy taken from the photo of the paper form, which prints a little soft.
Shown on the dashboard next to the head teacher's name. Use a photo of her alone; a square crop from the top of the picture is taken automatically. Only the admin can change it.
